Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Jaipur – The Pink City Beckons

Your exciting 6-day Rajasthan journey begins as you arrive in Jaipur, the colorful capital known for its royal charm and vibrant heritage. The city’s grand palaces, mighty forts, and regal atmosphere make it a gateway to Rajasthan’s glorious past.

Upon arrival at Jaipur Airport, you’ll be welcomed by our tour representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in and a short rest, start your sightseeing tour with a visit to the picturesque Jal Mahal (Water Palace).

Standing gracefully in the middle of Man Sagar Lake, this 18th-century marvel built by Maharaja Jai Singh II is a fine blend of Rajput and Mughal architectural styles. Interestingly, most of the palace remains submerged when the lake is full, giving it a mystical appeal.

In the evening, visit the serene Birla Temple, one of Jaipur’s most iconic landmarks. Made entirely of white marble, this modern temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi radiates peace and devotion. Its intricate carvings and glowing ambiance at sunset offer a divine experience.

Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Jaipur

Day 2Jaipur Full Day Sightseeing

Start your second day in Rajasthan with an exciting exploration of Jaipur — the vibrant Pink City, known for its royal charm and architectural wonders. After a delicious breakfast, meet your tour representative, who will guide you through some of the city’s most iconic attractions.

Your morning begins with a visit to the majestic Amber Fort, a stunning example of Rajput architecture nestled on the Aravalli Hills. The fort overlooks the tranquil Maota Lake, adding to its grandeur. Explore its ornate courtyards, mirror work, and royal chambers that echo stories of Jaipur’s glorious past.

Next, continue to the magnificent City Palace, a splendid blend of Rajasthani and Mughal design that still houses the royal family. A short walk away lies Jantar Mantar, the famous astronomical observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh II. The site features giant instruments that precisely measure celestial movements and time.

Your tour continues with a stop at Hawa Mahal — the iconic “Palace of Winds.” This five-storey pink sandstone masterpiece is adorned with 953 small windows, designed to let in cool breezes while allowing royal women to observe the bustling city below.

In the evening, enjoy some leisure time exploring Jaipur’s colorful local markets. Shop for traditional jewelry, blue pottery, handwoven textiles, and Rajasthani handicrafts — perfect souvenirs to remember your royal journey. You can also savor authentic local dishes like Dal Baati Churma or Ghewar for a true taste of Rajasthan.

After a fulfilling day of sightseeing and shopping, return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 3Jaipur – Jodhpur (334 km / 5 Hrs)

After a delightful breakfast, check out from your hotel in Jaipur and set off for Jodhpur, famously known as the Blue City of Rajasthan. This beautiful city, painted in shades of blue, offers a perfect blend of heritage, culture, and royal charm. Jodhpur is Rajasthan’s second-largest city and is celebrated for its majestic forts, grand palaces, and warm hospitality.

During your drive, you can enjoy glimpses of rural Rajasthan and the scenic landscapes that make the journey equally memorable. On arrival in Jodhpur, complete your check-in formalities at the hotel and take some time to relax.

In the afternoon, begin your sightseeing tour with a visit to the Mehrangarh Fort, one of India’s most magnificent forts. Built by Rao Jodha in 1459, this colossal structure stands proudly on a rocky hill, offering panoramic views of the blue-painted houses below. Inside, you’ll discover beautifully decorated palaces, ancient artifacts, and fascinating tales of Rajput valor.

Next, visit the grand Umaid Bhawan Palace, an architectural marvel that beautifully blends traditional Rajput and modern styles. Built in the early 20th century, this royal palace now functions as a luxurious heritage hotel, a museum showcasing regal memorabilia, and the residence of the Jodhpur royal family.

Continue your tour with a visit to Jaswant Thada, a graceful marble cenotaph built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Surrounded by manicured gardens and serene lakes, it’s often referred to as the “Taj Mahal of Marwar.”

Before returning to your hotel, spend a peaceful evening at Mandore Garden, a beautiful complex featuring temples, memorials, and lush green lawns. The garden’s ancient charm and historic ambiance make it a must-visit attraction in Jodhpur.

Day 4Jodhpur – Ranakpur – Udaipur (245 km / 4.8 Hrs)

After enjoying your breakfast in Jodhpur, check out from the hotel and begin your scenic drive towards Udaipur, the enchanting City of Lakes. On the way, make a memorable stop at Ranakpur, home to one of the most stunning Jain temple complexes in India.

The Ranakpur Jain Temples, built in the 15th century, are masterpieces of marble architecture and devotion. The temple complex is renowned for its 1,444 intricately carved pillars—each one uniquely designed. The serene surroundings, combined with the gentle fragrance of incense and the sound of temple bells, create an atmosphere of peace and spirituality.

After exploring the temple and soaking in its divine ambiance, continue your journey to Udaipur. This charming city, surrounded by the Aravalli Hills, welcomes you with its romantic lakes, grand palaces, and colorful bazaars.

Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and take some time to unwind. In the evening, you can explore the nearby markets or simply relax by the lakeside, enjoying the tranquil beauty of Udaipur.

Return to your hotel later in the evening for a restful overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day 5Udaipur Sightseeing

Day five of your 6-day Rajasthan journey is dedicated to discovering the royal beauty and timeless charm of Udaipur, the “City of Lakes.” After a delightful breakfast, begin your sightseeing tour with a visit to the City Palace, one of Rajasthan’s most magnificent architectural masterpieces.

Overlooking the serene Lake Pichola, the City Palace complex showcases a perfect blend of Mughal and Rajasthani design. Inside, you’ll find an intricate maze of courtyards, balconies, corridors, and royal chambers, each adorned with colorful murals, delicate mirror work, and antique artifacts that reflect the grandeur of a bygone era.

Next, visit Saheliyon Ki Bari, or the Garden of Maidens, built by Maharana Sangram Singh for the royal ladies. Lush lawns, marble fountains, and lotus pools make this garden a peaceful retreat. The rhythmic sound of water flowing over marble structures adds to its enchanting atmosphere.

Your next stop is the Jagdish Temple, a splendid 17th-century temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The temple’s towering shikhara (spire) and beautifully carved pillars depict scenes from Hindu mythology, making it a must-visit spiritual landmark in Udaipur.

Later, explore the Vintage Car Museum, a fascinating attraction for automobile lovers that displays an impressive collection of classic vehicles once owned by the royal family of Mewar.

As the day winds down, you can enjoy a leisurely evening by the lakeside or explore local markets for handicrafts and souvenirs.
